Welcome to ATJ Universe™ ("ATJ Universe", "we", "us", "our"), an initiative of NFSTC™. By accessing or using atjuniverse.com (the "Site") or any of our products, books, games, learning content or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
ATJ Universe is a children's educational brand offering books, digital games and learning content. For any questions, write to us at atjuniv@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility & children
Our content is designed for children, but accounts, payments and consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above. Children must use the Services only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up, keep your credentials confidential, and be responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Free access and paid lifetime unlock
Each episode of "ATJ GK Adventures" offers the first 6 puzzles free. A one-time payment of ₹100 (INR) unlocks lifetime access to all current and future puzzles in the game for the paying account. "Lifetime" means for the lifetime of the Service as offered by ATJ Universe; it does not create any guarantee that the Service will be offered indefinitely.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card details on our servers. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms in addition to ours. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6. Licence to use digital content
On purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and play the unlocked content for personal, non-commercial use by the paying household. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer or publicly display the content.
7. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, abusive or infringing activity.
- No attempts to bypass paywalls, security or rate limits.
- No automated scraping, bots or unauthorised data collection.
8. Intellectual property
All trademarks (including "ATJ Universe™" and "NFSTC™"), characters (Ashwash, Thrishya, Jiyha and the ATJ family), illustrations, text, audio and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.
9. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party providers (e.g. Razorpay for payments, our hosting and database provider for storage and authentication, Google for optional sign-in). Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, except to the extent required by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATJ Universe and NFSTC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the paid digital content will not exceed the amount you paid for that content in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive termination.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Site. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the seat of NFSTC in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
