Delete Your Account

ATJ Universe™ respects your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

1. Who can request deletion

Since ATJ Universe is designed for children, accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Only the registered parent or legal guardian may request deletion of an account.

2. How to request deletion

To delete your account, send an email to atjuniv@gmail.com from the email address registered with your ATJ Universe account. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request — [Your Email]".

We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

3. What gets deleted

• Your account profile (email, display name, authentication data).
• Gameplay progress, puzzle attempts, scores and episode completions.
• Membership and entitlement records tied to your account.
• Sign-in activity logs linked to your account.

4. What we keep

We are required by Indian tax and accounting law to retain payment records (amount, method, date, transaction reference) for up to 8 years. These records are not linked to gameplay data and do not contain card numbers or CVV.

5. Effect of deletion

Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all purchased and free content. Any active lifetime unlock will be forfeited. If you wish to use ATJ Universe again in the future, you will need to create a new account and re-purchase any paid content.

6. Children's accounts

If you believe a child has created an account without parental consent, or if you are a parent seeking deletion of your child's data, contact us at atjuniv@gmail.com and we will assist promptly.
