Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 30 June 2026

1. Digital lifetime unlock (₹100)

The ₹100 lifetime unlock for "ATJ GK Adventures" is a digital product delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment. Because access is granted immediately and cannot be returned, this purchase is generally non-refundable.

2. When we will refund

We will refund the ₹100 in the following cases:

• Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same account.
• Failed delivery: the payment succeeded but lifetime access was not granted to your account within 7 days, and we are unable to resolve it.
• Unauthorised payment: proven unauthorised use of your payment instrument, subject to investigation.

3. How to request a refund

Email atjuniv@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with:

• Registered account email
• Razorpay payment ID / order ID
• Date and amount of the transaction
• Reason for the refund request

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method through Razorpay. It usually takes 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

5. Cancellation

The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase — there is no recurring subscription and nothing to cancel. You may delete your account at any time by writing to us; deletion does not entitle you to a refund of prior purchases except as described above.

6. Physical products (books)

If we sell physical books in future, eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, in unused condition with original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged-in-transit items will be replaced or refunded on submission of unboxing evidence.
