Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital products

The ₹100 lifetime unlock for "ATJ GK Adventures" is a digital product. Access is delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment confirmation from Razorpay (typically within seconds). No physical shipment is involved.

If access is not reflected within a few minutes, please sign out and sign back in, or write to atjuniv@gmail.com with your payment reference.

2. Physical products (books)

If and when we offer physical books for sale through this Site, the following applies:

• Coverage: India only, unless otherwise stated.
• Dispatch time: within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.
• Delivery time: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination pincode and courier partner.
• Shipping charges: calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Tracking: a tracking link will be emailed once the order is dispatched.
• Undeliverable / wrong address: if a parcel returns due to incorrect address or repeated unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

3. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will work with the courier to resolve any issue promptly.
